Who is Hybrid Fitness Club?

Hybrid Fitness Club is more than just a gym, it’s a community dedicated to supporting and encouraging each other to be our best. At Hybrid Fitness Club we provide one to one personal training, small group training (2-4 people), run group, and coaching (nutrition, performance & life) from people seeking to improve their fitness to those competing in events like Hyrox, Deadly Dozem, Deka, and running events from 5km through to marathon distances.

We focus on hybrid training which combines strength training and cardio to improve your overall fitness. This can include strength and cardio in the same workout or in separate workouts. This combination ensures you’ll be improving your strength while also improving your endurance and work capacity. Hybrid training is a great way to improve your overall fitness, body composition (tone up and slim down!), and performance, while reducing your risk of injury. 

At the heart of Hybrid Fitness Club is our community where members cheer each other on, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. We believe that fitness is a catalyst for personal growth, impacting every aspect of life. Our mission is to equip our members with the tools, knowledge, and motivation to unlock their full potential, enabling them to lead fulfilling and healthy lives for years to come.

 

Strength Training

Strength training forms an integral part of your training. It helps to build & tone muscle, improve bone health & overall strength, improve cardio performance, leads to better posture and can help reduce injury (as opposed to just doing cardio training). 

Cardio Training

Running forms a big part of your cardio training, though it also includes other forms of cardio like rowing, ski, and bike.

Cardio training is great to improve your cardiovascular health, improving your endurance and reducing your risk of chronic disease. 

Fitness Race Training

Fitness racing is the new sport that include Hyrox, Deka, The Deadly Dozen and a few more. These events include running and functional exercises in them.

They are great way to test your fitness, have something to work towards as these events are open to everyone of all ages and fitness levels (note: most have a minimum age requirement).

Services

Hybrid Fitness Club is run by Tamara Stanley. She is based out of Penrith Snap Fitness, and provides face to face personal training sessions from the gym, and for those not in the area, Tamara also offers online personal training and programming. 

Personal Training

Personal training sessions are dedicated time you have with your trainer, who will fully tailor the sessions to assist you in working towards and achieving your health and fitness goals. Sessions can be one to one, or in small groups (2-4 people) where the group is working towards the same or similar goals. 

Programming

An online program is like having your personal trainer in your pocket. You have access to your program 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You can complete each session at a time that suits you, yet you are fully supported along the way. Your workouts are tracked online and your trainer will provide feedback and will answer any questions you have.

Running Group

Our weekly running groups offere a great environment to improve your running with a friendly group of people. Our running groups meet once a week for a group session during school terms, with an additional online strength and running program you can follow inbetween sessions. We also have fun joining in the local Parkrun and other local running events.
